Refund Policy:

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot and covers initial administrative costs.

• Service Fees: Service fees are non-refundable once the delivery process has begun. This includes any preparatory work done by our Mom Helpers.

• Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Return Policy:

• Incorrect Items: If you receive incorrect items that were not part of your requested delivery, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will make every effort to rectify the issue.

• Damaged Items: Should any items be damaged upon delivery, notify us within 1 day. We will work to replace these items as quickly as possible.

• Essential Items: If specific requested items are unavailable, we will provide essential alternatives. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy:

• Special Requests: Any special requests must be made at the time of placing the order. No changes can be made once the order is submitted.

• Unavailability: In the rare instance that a specific item is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. Exchanges for these substitutions are not allowed unless they are incorrect or damaged.

General Terms:

• Delivery Schedule: We will make every effort to deliver your order as requested. However, deliveries may be impacted by factors beyond our control such as traffic, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Payment: Full payment of the invoice for services must be made prior to the delivery process. Supplies will not be delivered until the invoice is paid in full.

• Multiple Attempts: We will make multiple attempts to secure all items on your requested list. If items are still unavailable, we will notify you of any missing items.
